Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service.

Permitted Use

You may use the Platform for lawful purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. The Platform is intended for:

• Attending live and recorded Zoom training sessions
• Reading industry news and articles
• Subscribing to newsletters and updates
• Networking with other loan officers
• Accessing educational content and resources

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Scrape, spider, or use automated means to access the Platform
• Use the Platform to transmit spam or unsolicited communications
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Agent Pipeline Hub, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Use of Content

You may access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Modify, copy, or distribute any content from the Platform
• Use any content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

If you submit, post, or upload any content to the Platform (including comments, feedback, or other materials), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain defamatory, offensive, or illegal material

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Platform will be corrected
• The Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components

The information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional financial, legal, or business advice.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AGENT PIPELINE HUB, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any damages arising from any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agent Pipeline Hub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or share on the Platform

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Agent Pipeline Hub.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such content, goods, or services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Agent Pipeline Hub concerning your use of the Platform.
